Etiquette

Courtesy is the first introduction

A few shared understandings help every engagement feel relaxed, respectful and wholly enjoyable for everyone involved.

Our shared principles

01

Discretion

Privacy is shared and cherished. Personal details stay private, and photographs are taken only when everyone is happy to be in them.

02

Mutual respect

Every engagement is built on courtesy, warmth and good humour, with the same consideration extended in both directions.

03

Clear consent

Plans are made together and confirmed in advance. Consent is ongoing, and anyone may ask to adjust the evening at any moment.

04

Agreed expectations

Occasion, timings, dress code and venue are settled beforehand, so the evening itself can simply be enjoyed.

05

Thoughtful planning

Inquiries are warmly welcomed seven days ahead, and three weeks ahead for travel, allowing time to prepare beautifully.

06

Comfort & safety

First meetings take place at a reputable public venue, and travel engagements always include separate accommodations.

Boundaries

Agreed together, honoured gladly

Boundaries are simply the expectations we set side by side before an engagement begins. Talking them through openly means everyone arrives knowing what the evening holds, and feels free to check in or adjust along the way.

The scope of an engagement

What every engagement looks like

Purely social

Engagements centre on conversation, dining, culture and celebration at public occasions, and remain nonsexual throughout.

Lawful occasions

We attend events that are lawful where they take place, with all guests aged 21 or older.

Graceful endings

Either party may bring an engagement to a close at any time, kindly and without explanation needed. This keeps everyone at ease.

Simple screening

A short etiquette acknowledgement is all that is asked. This demo never requests ID, photographs or payment.
